In
order, to qualify to participate in our
cellular marketing program, you must commit
to purchase a minimum of 30 Points each month of
Symmetry’s products. We call this "AutoShip".
Simply indicate which products you wish
to have as your monthly AutoShip order.
Each month at the same time we will ship
your product to you. You never have to worry
about running out or placing the order.
Nothing could be simpler.

Income
Protection Plan (IPP)
To
make sure that you never lose the Symmetry
Direct income you work so hard to develop,
we have created an Income Protection Plan.
You simply indicate which products you wish
to have as your monthly IPP order and we
will keep your order on file. If by the
25th of the month, Symmetry finds that you
have not placed your monthly qualifying
order for any reason, we will automatically
process and ship this order to you, so you
don’t miss out on any of the benefits of
membership. To take advantage of this plan,
you must have your credit or debit card
on file with us.

Preferred
Customer
Preferred
Customers are the customers of Symmetry
products who have made a commitment that
they will purchase a minimum of 30 Points per month. For making this commitment, they
are able to purchase all of Symmetry’s products
at the Preferred Customer cost and are part
of their enrollers cell from which they
can earn commissions on two levels of customers
below them.

Representative
A
Preferred Customer who has made the decision
to develop a network of other Preferred
Customers and has purchased either one of
the GO Packs or a $29.00
Literature Kit and personally
enrolled 2 Preferred Customers.

First Level
A
Preferred Customer who is placed directly below you
whether or not you personally enrolled them.
You are allowed 5 first level Preferred
Customers.

Points
The
value of each product as it relates to the
Symmetry compensation plan and the qualifications
therein.

Commission
Value (CV)
The
commissionable value of each product. This
is the amount used to calculate commissions.

Organizational
Volume
The
volume created by all of the Preferred Customer in your cell. Each Preferred Customer
may contribute up to a maximum of 200 Points per month toward your Organizational Volume.
A Preferred Customer in the first calendar
month after joining Symmetry Direct does
not contribute to your Organizational Volume.

Active Enrollees
Your
personal enrollees who still have an AutoShip or Income Protection Plan (IPP) Order in place and are
receiving their products each month. Any
month that a Preferred Customer does not order a minimum of 30
Points from Symmetry they are considered inactive.
A Preferred Customer is taken out of the
cell after two consecutive months of inactivity.

Suggested
Retail
The
amount for which Symmetry recommends that
you resell the products to the customers
who do not wish to commit to the purchase
of a minimum of 30 Points per month. This price represents a 30% + mark
up profit to a Marketing Representative.

Packs
(Great Opportunity)
When
you sign up as a Marketing Representative, you will have an opportunity
to order one of four introductory product
packs, or "GO Packs". These GO Packs
enable you to learn about the great business
opportunity of Symmetry Direct quickly by
giving you a broader knowledge of the products
and some useful tools to make your business
a success. They are priced at special
introductory prices and include our most

Membership
Fee
The
annual membership fee for a Symmetry Direct
Preferred Customer is $10.00. This maintains
all records and linkage required to administer
compensation plan. You buy products
at Preferred Customer Cost and receive updates
as long as you remain an active enrolled
customer with an AutoShip Order or Income Protection Plan (IPP).
For
a Marketing Representative, there is an annual membership
fee charged when you actively participate
in the Symmetry Direct cellular marketing
system of $25.00. The fee is included
in all GO Packs and Literature Kits. This maintains all records
and linkage required to administer the compensation
plan. You buy products at Preferred
Customer Cost and receive information on
new innovations and programs as long as
you remain an active customer with an AutoShip
or IPP

Literature
Kit
When
you sign up as a Marketing Representative, you can select a Literature
Kit. The Symmetry Direct Literature
kit includes an assortment of Literature,
some business forms, brochures, catalogues
and your membership fee. You will
also receive our "Vision" magazine and occasional
mailings that keep you up to date on news
worthy items. It costs only $29.00
and includes your $25.00 annual membership
fee to enroll as a Marketing Representative.
However, should you buy a GO Pack to start your business this kit and all of
it's benefits is included at no charge.
